Mixed Berry Crumble

Ingredients:
For the fruit base:
- 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
For the crumble topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter (cubed)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the berries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix gently.
- Pour the fruit mix into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add cold butter and use your fingers to rub it into the dry mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the berries evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm — optionally with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt.
